DIVISION MANAGER - INDIANAPOLIS, INDIANA 



Warehouse/ Driver – Louisville, Kentucky

Warehouse responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse

·         Loading and unloading trucks that arrive or need to be shipped out

·         Measuring slabs accurately when receiving transfers and shipping out materials

·         Assisting walk-in customers with their slab selections

·         Provide support for the front office as needed

·         Signing and following proper procedure regarding incoming and outgoing paperwork

Driver responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Delivering material to customers safety

·         Pre-trips every day before leaving on deliveries

·         Notifying your manager if there is anything that needs to be repaired on your truck immediately as well as routine maintenance appointments.

·         Daily Fuel Reports to be submitted everyday whether you drover that day or not

·         Turning in all original receipts for fuel with these reports daily

·         Maintaining your driver payroll log per HR’s payroll cut off dates

·         Collecting money/ checks during deliveries and turning them into management daily

·         Collecting all signatures needed during your deliveries and turning in paperwork to management daily

·         Turn in any receipts that you have for the truck

Customer services responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

·         Answer phones in absence of front desk representative

·         Aid with all delivery/ transfer paperwork

·         Provide any needed support for inside/ outside sales team.

·         Follow up with customers and other miscellaneous duties as needed.

As part of your position you will also be required to work Saturday from 9am till 3pm and Wednesday nights till 7pm on rotation per the Locations Manager’s schedule as part of our standard customer service routine.

Senior Account Representative – Louisville, Kentucky

·         Increase business/ sales and interest in Mont Surfaces.

·         To gather, update, and add to the company database as information changes and new companies appear.

·         To meet all ancillary customers listed in the database within the territory on a regular basis.

·         To keep the customers informed about our products and services on a regular basis.

·         To understand individual customer’s profile and then try to customize our sales effort to suit their needs.

·         Submit daily sales call reports

·         Develop and maintain a CUSTOMER ORIENTED approach.

·         Respond to all messages and E-Mails in a timely manner.

·         Cross Training on Inside Sales Team’s duties

You will be required to work on the road four days a week and one day in office to set up/ route your appointments and take care of any follow up needed. During your in-office day you can assemble your sales material (samples, brochures, promos, etc.), and gather information about your visits (holds, visits, etc.).

As part of your position you will also be required to work two Saturdays a month from 9am till 3pm on rotation per the Locations’ schedule as well as Wednesday nights if needed as part of our standard customer service routine.

Division Manager – Indianapolis, Indiana

The purpose in this position is to increase business/ sales and interest in Mont Surfaces as well as maintain and manage the division in its entirely.

The following will outline your job profile:

·         To try & meet all fabricator customers listed in the database within the territory on a regular basis.

·         To keep the customers informed about our products and services.

·         To understand individual customer’s profile and then try to customize our sales effort to suit their needs.

·         Actively involved in Association Events, Meetings and Trade Shows

·         Take the assistance of our Regional Manager and Corporate team to develop the profile and the strategy.

·         Sales call reports must be submitted daily

·         Develop and maintain a CUSTOMER ORIENTED approach.

·         Respond to all messages and E-Mails in proper time and with complete detail.

·         To gatherupdate, and add to the company database as information changes and new companies appear.

·         To help take care of walk in customers & assist them with their product selection when needed.

·         Maintain the facility

·         Approve Bills

·         Cleanliness (inside and outside)

·         Inventory management

·         Staffing and Scheduling

·         Cost Control

·         Proper record keeping for the division

As part of this position you will also be required to work at least One Saturdays per month from 9am till 3pm and late Wednesdays on rotation per your staff’s schedule as part of our standard customer service routine.

Though your primary position will be Division Manager, as you’re aware we also require our team to be cross-trained. This means you will be fully functional in all the division’s roles and responsibilities except for driving a CDL vehicle. This helps each employee understand all it takes to continue to build our business. It is also helpful in times where we may find ourselves short staffed and needing to have someone fill in for the absence of another employee.
